Slide notes: In this tutorial we look at how to produce Stock Count Sheets. From the Inventory menu, we choose Stock Counts.

Slide notes: After a Stock Count has been opened, we need a List of Items to count, for the persons who will perform the physical count.

Slide notes: The output is available in 2 formats. We can use the EXPORT option to produce a CSV file that can be used with Scanners, or we can use a traditional Print Layout format for manual counting and recording of results.

Slide notes: If a Bin number is in use for a Stock Item, it will be shown. The On Hand indicator says only Yes or No, so the Person who is counting does not waste time on an Item that is not expected to be there. However, the system will not indicate the expected quantity, as the Person who is counting should not know that.
