In this tutorial we are going to look at “Delegation” Any Operator that uses Service Jobs or is a Controller who may open New Service Jobs, such a person can use the Delegation Option and include on the list of Delegation, all Users who are allowed to also work and operate on his/her Service Jobs that he/she has opened. |

On
my Delegation Option I have the Option to “Remove Users” from my list, i.e.
Clear the List. Then I have a “Select
Users” Option where I can re-introduce or “Update” the list of Users that can
work on my Service Jobs. Now the
selection of these Users will not include all Users on the System. It will
only include Users who have Service Job Profiles. In other words, other Users
of Service Jobs. |

So when I as a User Open
a Service Job and I have Controller Status, then those Service Jobs are my
Service Jobs. But the Users listed
here may also work on my Service Jobs. That is the meaning of
Delegation. |
