Slide notes: We observe the top item on the Sales screen. It is the last Item that was scanned, and we can remove it by choosing 'Remove last quantity'.

Slide notes: The Item is no longer on the Sales list. We can also remove an Item that is not the current or most recently scanned Item, and we do that by choosing 'Remove / Select'. Before we do that, let us note the 'Earl Grey' item on the list.
