Slide notes: KPI is short for Key Performance Indicator, and we use KPI's to measure Units of Performance in some way or another, according to our needs. For example, if we wish to measure Harvesting units in Oil Palm, we may have FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) defined as a KPI.

Slide notes: A common KPI often encountered with Agriculture is the Hectare unit, where we often measure Resource application like Mandays and Machine Hours by Hectare.

Slide notes: The Resources that are associated with a KPI show up automatically and are not edited here, as they come from the Resource Master. In other words, when we associate a KPI with a Resource on the Resources Master, then that Resource automatically appears at the KPI Master.
