Slide notes: The group categorisation does not have any effect other than organisation of our Gangs. 'Small Group' is the common usage for groups of Employees that work together on Activities, while 'General Group' is usually only used to group together a number of Employees where Harvest Bonus or some other calculation is relevant.

Slide notes: The Supervisor levels are not mandatory, but recommended for working groups, since the Supervisors on the various levels gain from group premi calculations.
