notes: This function can be used to save a current Multi Journal as a
Template for future or regular retrieval, without having to re-capture each
time. And it can be used to retrieve a formerly saved Template or to remove
a formerly saved Template.

notes: If we choose a prior saved Template, then it will populate the
current screen, and we can just post, or make some amendments before
posting.

choose the SAVE option.
