Slide notes: Multi Journals have a 'Post Later' queue where Journals in progress await posting, or possibly could get deleted without being posted at all. If a Multi Journal is captured but then deleted without being posted, then it is listed on the Report for Journals Deleted Before Posting.

Slide notes: A User may occasionally complain that his or her Journal has disappeared, and produce a Printout of the Journal that has disappeared, because Multi Journals in the Post Later queue have a print option with all the Journal detail. In fact, the Multi Journals never disappear unless they expire and get removed by the system, but sometimes such a Journal is deleted by a User.

It does not list the deleted Journal detail, but it does show the original Master Key and this same Key will be listed on a User's printout, in which case it can be verified that the Journal did not disappear but was in fact deleted by a User.
