Slide notes: There are 2 elements to manage with regards to whether a User is forced to capture an Authority Code on a Journal, or not. The User Access Control set includes a Business Profile that regulates whether a User must capture Authority Codes or not.

Slide notes: Secondly, the entire Authority Code system is either turned ON or OFF.

Slide notes: The system will indicate the current state and provides an option to toggle to the alternate state. When Authority Codes are OFF, then nobody can capture on an Authority Code field at all, and when it is ON, then those Users who are forced on their Business Profiles to do so, must capture Authority Codes on Journal screens.
