Slide notes: The Batch Number may be retrieved by lookup or direct capture.

Slide notes: And the singular purpose for using this EDIT option would be to change some of the expected values. Batches are primarily measured for Actuals, but can also be measured for Quantities, and for Committed and Ordered in the case of Purchase Order processing. If some expected value is wrong, we may correct it here.

Slide notes: And of course this Batch Edit function will only be used for batches that we are measuring to see whether they are in Balance or not in Balance. Typically for auto numbered batches we usually do not capture any expected values.
