Slide notes: When we log on to an IES service, we will always have some or other start up menu, and we can set this on our "Preferences". Although IES is a really big system with many menu options and functions, it is also absolutely easy to navigate. We are always working in some Business Datamart, and if we want to change to another, we can just quit the current Application Menu and choose another Datamart.

Slide notes: When we have the Application Menu in a selected Datamart on our screen, we can choose any Application that is shown, because the system will only show a User the Applications that he or she has access to.

Slide notes: On any screen, whether Data Entry, Enquiry, Menu or other, we can also right-click for quick Navigation to favorite options and many other functions. In this case, the system shows the recent options we have used, and we can select any option shown here, for re-entry.

Slide notes: The "How do I" function can find all available options in the system, even when we do not have access to it and therefore cannot find it on our own menu. We just type a word or search string to look for, and choose "search".
