Slide notes: Typically, an Item is present if it has been delivered on the Planning Method before, in which case we have an indicator of how much Crate space this Item takes.

Slide 8

Slide notes: The Crate is a virtual size that can be different at each Company, but whatever is considered the standard size of a delivery crate, for that size we indicate a % of the crate that the Stock Item will use when packed for delivery.

Slide 10

Slide notes: We cannot indicate anything else on this record except the capacity factor, and the system will note when it was last updated and by whom. Although this option is available to manually edit the factor for any Stock Item, it is only used on demand.Mostly, the updates take place automatically when we plan Deliveries, because when we load Orders for the Dispatch, we can indicate or revise the load factors for the Stock Items.
