Slide notes:
IES Cloud runs as a Service on the installed Server. That means it can be
started and stopped at Services. We note though that to stop the Cloud
Service is a delicate step in that it is necessary to ensure that no Users
are using the Service when we do so, as their sessions will be interrupted.
