Slide notes: In execution of the Condition Monitoring program, we may export the list of Maintenance Items that are due for inspection. After inspection, we need to import the results.

Slide notes: What we need absolutely are the 2 first columns, indicating in each case the Maintenance Master Key, and the Condition as reported. Optionally, we may also indicate the name of the Inspector, any further action that may be required, and an Inspection date.

Slide notes: This is what our Spread Sheet looked like when we produced the Inspection Report. Therefore, we can retain the Master Keys in column 1, delete the rest, and feed our results in the columns starting with column 2.
