Slide notes: Alerter is like a good personal assistant, your very own, inside IES, and it can advise you by IES mail, e-mail or SMS when selected events take place.

For example, it can let you know when a Purchase Order has been submitted for your approval, or when your Purchase Requisition has been approved, or  many other types of events that you may select.

Slide notes: Additionally, Alerter also performs a lot of system maintenance type of work, keeping your system tidy so that you do not have to worry about it, and you do not need to spend another thought on it, because Alerter will do it automatically.
